Demographics skew mid-career to senior, well-traveled, and accustomed to premium hospitality. Many travel internationally for client meetings throughout the year. This is not a group impressed by a standard resort experience. They expect substance.
Attendee origins: US (largest — Seattle HQ + East Coast), EMEA (LHR, FRA), and APAC (Pune/BOM). Destination must offer strong non-stop or one-stop service from SEA, JFK/EWR, LHR, FRA, and BOM.
Success criteria: This is a reward, not a meeting. Programming should feel exclusive, not corporate — welcome reception, buyout-level group dinners, leisure days, recognition gala, and ample free time for the property and destination.
